Our free financial coaching program helps low-to-moderate income working families and individuals improve their ability to set and achieve goals, budget, pay down debt, improve credit, and overall make well-informed financial decisions. Coaches help track the coaching client’s progress in real-time and encourage them to stay on task. Financial coaching leads to long-term success and behavioral change. No experience is needed, training on coaching techniques will be provided. Time commitment is approximately 90 minutes a month, 60 minutes for the monthly coaching session and 30 minutes for following up with coachee to help motivate and keep them on track.
