Nonfilers have until 3 p.m. on November 21 to claim their Economic Impact Payment! If you need help click here to get more information and resources. Note: This additional time is only for those who have not received their EIP and do not normally file a tax return.  For taxpayers who requested an extension of time to file a 2019 tax return, that deadline was October 15.

Breaking news! Federal beneficiaries that did not file a tax return in 2018 or 2019 and did not receive the additional $500 payment for their qualifying children now have until 3 p.m. on November 21 to register using the Non-Filer Tool.This includes those receiving Social Security retirement, survivor or disability benefits, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Railroad Retirement benefits and Veterans Affairs Compensation and Pension (C&P) benefits.

Los beneficiarios federales que no presentaron una declaración para 2019 o 2018 y no recibieron un pago de $500 por hijos calificados tienen hasta las 3 de las tarde el 21 de noviembre para utilizar la herramienta Non-Filers: Enter Your Payment Info Here (haga clic aquí) para proporcionar información. If you do not have direct deposit set up or need to update your information do the following:

  • Visit the IRS  Get My Payment (click this link), where you can :
  • Check your payment status
  • Confirm if you want a check or direct deposit, and
  • Enter your bank or credit union information (routing number and account number)

Eligible taxpayers who filed tax returns for either 2019 or 2018 and chose direct deposit of their refund will automatically receive an Economic Impact Payment of up to $1,200 for individuals or $2,400 for married couples and $500 for each qualifying child.

The CASH Campaign of Maryland (Creating Assets, Savings and Hope) is a newly formed nonprofit organization that is the result of a recent merger between the CASH Campaigns of Baltimore and Maryland. As long time partners and allies, these programs joined forces to create one unified organization in July 2017.

The CASH Campaign of Maryland promotes economic advancement for low-to-moderate income individuals and families in Baltimore and across Maryland. CASH accomplishes its mission through operating a portfolio of direct service programs, building organizational and field capacity, and leading policy and advocacy initiatives to strengthen family economic stability.
