Community Resource Navigator

Navigators help people make the most of tax time by encouraging them to use part of their refund toward their financial security. Because of valuable tax credits available for working families, tax refunds can make up a sizeable portion of a CASH client’s income. Navigators’ responsibilities include:  Welcoming clients to tax site and assist with the intake process, listen to the needs of clients and offer pertinent information about available financial resources and services, connect clients to financial products and services (e.g., credit counseling, legal assistance), promote enrollment in safe and affordable financial products and support clients in saving their tax refunds.
